The Clinic is called the Salam Free Clinic at Lane Tabernacle. Services include and are not limited to; medical checkups, physicals, women's health, screening, treatment, and prevention for high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer, weight management, etc., well-baby care and referrals to local hospitals and community services for more intensive treatment and rehabilitation.
The principles for the clinic are Dr. Zia Ahmad, M.D., Dr Bahar Bastani, M.D., Dr. Larry Jones, M.D., Del Doss-Hemsley, Director Lane Health Ministry.
THE SALAM FREE CLINIC IS OPEN EVERY SATURDAY 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
